Three Courses today

Well Wednesday was a great day out for some with only 6 men playing Green Valley and 10 ladies, it was a mixed bag as 3 men played the pro am at Phoenix and 13 men played Laem Chabang so the Captain had his work cut out for him. We will start at Green Valley the course is starting to come right with the little rain it has had the bare spots are thinning out and you can get some good lies now. It was a hot day but pleasant for golf with 2 men in the prizes Jeff North took second spot with 37 points and Tony Oakes taking the top spot with 38 points. In the ladies competition there was a four way count back for the minor placings all on 35 points with Miss Ta taking third her having 17 on the back nine holes Miss Porn took second also 35 points but with 19 on the back nine holes, the day belonged to the lovely Miss Sasicha with an outstanding score of 42 points. There was only one two coming from Miss Lynn.

Now to Laem Chabang we started on the C loop and moved to B after for the back nine. What can you say about this beautiful golf course it is an absolute pleasure just to drive in the main entrance and it only gets better from there, the facilities are just superb as is the course itself and the staff are second to none both polite and very helpful. Our Australian friends go home so this is there last round for the trip and after they skinned us last week only one of them got in the prizes Steve Rawlings took third place today with 33 points, Andrew Woodall took second with 34 points and Mark Woodhouse took first with 35 points, it can’t have been that easy out the as there were no twos recorded.
