The Haven Consultants Trophy

The Haven Consultants monthly medal was played today at the Phoenix Gold golf club in beautiful conditions for golf. With just four groups playing for this prestigious trophy we got away a little early and had an unrushed round of golf. Brian Chapman the CEO of Haven consultants was playing alongside Stan Rees and it was thought early that there was a winner in that group but alas it wasn’t to be maybe next time mate. Now this was the January trophy, the scribe has been getting some ear ache from our friendly Hong Kong copper that he won the December trophy and never got a mention in a write up I hereby rectify that mistake and opologise for the oversight and now will name Glyn Davies as the December winner of this event and hope I can put the panadol away. The golf course is in pristine condition with absolutely nothing out of place and a pleasure to play on. Craig Wildman managed to take 3rd place with a net 71, Sam Aspen took 2nd place with a net 70 and Micky Palmer took the main prize with a net 69 and won not only the Haven Consultants trophy but a very smart shirt to go with it.
