Phoenix Lakes and Ocean

Phoenix on a beautiful day for golf with just two groups playing the course was in wonderful condition as usual, the greens were a little slow on the Lakes loop but back to their normal on Ocean like very fast. The day was overcast but just enough to know you were not going to get wet but that it wouldn’t be too hot. The scoring wasn’t too bad either with only one golfer scoring below 30 points. There was a count back between Sandy Chapo and Glen Elsworth both on 35 points with Sandy having the better back nine to take 3rd spot, second went to the Little French General Gerard Lambert with 37 points, but the day belonged to Dave Buchanen playing off his 1 handicap and scoring 38 points, 2 under off the stick not a bad day out mate. There was only one two coming from Sandy.
