Phoenix Gold but very wet

Phoenix Gold today after the rain storm we had over the last week or so there were no carts off the cart paths which makes it for a not only hard day out for some but a long day also. We started with 16 names up but finished with 11 players after the drop outs from not being able to walk the walk. It was Stuart Day who took the top spot after being beaten in a count back last week from his good mate Brian Jacks with both golfers scoring 35 points but Stuart just crept past on the back by having one point more. John Seton took 3rd place with 33 points, There were two 2s coming from Gerard Lambert and Brian Jacks. Next week Monday 25th Phoenix, Wednesday 27th Phoenix for the Haven Consultants monthly medal and Friday Phoenix for the Monthly scramble.
