Phoenix Gold

Captain Cripple strikes again on a beautiful day at Phoenix Gold golf club, with five groups playing the course was in fantastic condition and a pleasure to play. It was great to have a game with Simon Spalding and Chaten Patel whom the Captain hasn’t seen for a long time we had a great day out and reminisced about times long ago. The Lakes loop will be open soon, it’s alright I can hear the groans but it will be a change to play that nine. The scoring today was pretty good also with Frank Ward taking 3rd place with 36 points, Simon Spalding took 2nd place with 37 points and the Cripple had his day in the sun scoring 43 points to take the top spot. There were four two’s coming from Simon Spalding, Chaten Patel, Gerard Lambert and Captain Cripple.
