Haven Consultants Medal

The Haven Consultants monthly medal was played at the Phoenix Gold golf course in oppressive heat, the course was in fantastic condition but the sweltering heat took its toll on some of the golfer’s including the scribe. There didn’t seem to be the nice breeze we normally get when you get to the top of the hill on the 14th hole so drinks were in order and it went down like nectar. We missed our sponsor Brian Chapman the CEO of Haven Consultants today he wasn’t feeling the best and it was probably in his best interest to have the day off in that heat we hope you are feeling better today mate. The scoring was great for two golfers the rest were also ran’s to say the least Gerald Sweetnam took 3rd place with a net 73, 2nd place went to Barry Lewis (see Keith he can play stroke play) with a fine 69 nett and win the Haven Monthly trophy taking 1st place was the lovely Miss Nok with a net 69 on a count back.
