Burapha

Burapha under threatening skies that tried very hard to rain on us but didn’t make it until we were showered and ready to go back to the bar, and it thundered down. The course was a little wet but from sprinkler’s only not rain in place’s but still in great condition as usual. The course was packed with Korean golfers on both 18s but a 4 hour round ensued with no hold ups at all. With 6 groups playing it was a good day out for all, The scoring was fantastic with a count back for the minor placing’s all on 38 points, Paul Duncan playing off a 5 handicap got 4th place Steve Dodd took 3rd and Pete Seil took 2nd with 22 points on the back nine. The winner was Thiery Temime with 39 points. There was only one two recorded and Glyn Davies was the recipient of that prize.

Phoenix Gold today, the course was in great condition as usual and quite busy with a steady flow of golfers all around the course. With four groups playing it was quite a fast round with no holdups at
