Anzac Day

Anzac Day dawn service was held at the front of the Billabong golf resort yesterday morning for the 7th year in a row to pay our respects and to remember the fallen.

Then Phoenix gold golf course for our monday tournament playing a stableford round in hot sultry weather but no rain though. It was a quick round also being back at the bar in just over 4 hours. We say goodbye to Karen and Rob Brown as they are traveling home but will be back around November for another trip, safe journey folks. The scoring was good with no count backs today Jason Higgens took 3rd place with 37 points those lessons are working at last mate, 2nd place went to Bob Innes with a fine 38 points and 1st place was taken by Stuart Day with 39 points, there was only one two coming from Jason Higgens.
