A wet day out

A drizzley day at Green Valley it rained on the lads for the first 12 holes then stopped, the course itself was very wet under foot and difficult in places to find somewhere to drop or place the ball in a dry spot so you could get a hit at it so it was a slow round with carts on the concrete only. In instants like this it would be nice to know about the cart rules at the window where you pay your dues as some of the lads said why pay for a cart you can’t use. That said now to the scores as you would imagine they were ordinary to say the least with only 2 players beating handicap. Peter LeNoury scored 34 points to take 3rd place, there was a count back between Aule Engelkes and Mikael Andersson both scoring 37 points with Mikael taking the top spot and Auke second. Mikael got two 2s both with chip in’s.
