A wet day out.

A damp day at Green Valley, it rained on the way down 36 and was just spitting at the course although you could tell the course has had plenty of rain over the last week or so. Six groups were teeing up today plus the two ladies, winter rules applied and it was necessary all over the course. It did manage to rain on us for part of the round but not enough to have to shelter at a drinks stop you just put the brolly up. The scoring for the conditions wasn’t too bad either. There was five way count back all scoring 35 points with Brian Jacks and Steve Mahoney and Auke Engelkes missing out to Vince Butler taking 4th spot, Sel Wegner taking 3rd spot, Greg Jones took 2nd with 36 points and Frank Nazari took the top spot with 37 points. No two’s were recorded.
