A Hot day at Phoenix

Phoenix Gold today with just 4 groups playing, and a testing day was had by most golfers. The course was in great condition with rough that is really rough once you get into it you have to take your punishment and hit a short iron to make sure you get back onto the short grass. It is starting to get hot again as the wet season is coming, although it didn’t need rain for anybody to get wet today the humidity was enough to do that job. We say goodbye to Neil herd he is on the way back to Geralton to work, his good mates thought that was really funny as they have another week left before they head home. The scoring wasn’t that flash today with a count back on 33 points taking 4th place Derek Teeling took that prize, Sandy Chapo took 3rd with 34 points, 2nd went to Paul Greenaway with 35 points and Adam Dwyer took 1st place with 37 points. There were three twos coming from Sandy, Lloyd Shuttleworth and Steve Dodd got the other one.
