A great Green valley

Maybe the few weeks that Green valley was closed the greens staff got the digit out, the remarks from all the players was this course is in the best condition it has been for years, so a hearty thank you is required from all golfers. With 6 groups playing which was quite remarkable as the normal crew were away in Soi Dao playing in the Ryder Cup. In the ladies division it was a runaway win to Miss Yen scoring a great score of 44 points off her 22 handicap, coming in second Miss May scoring 38 points off her 9 handicap, and Miss Eng took third spot with a fine 34 points.

Now to the men’s who for some reason can’t seem to match the ladies around this course, very seldom to you see scores in the 40s and today was no exception with William Macey taking the top spot with a fine 38 points, Auke Engelkes took second with 34 points. There were no twos recorded.
